Which channels does the inbox bring together?
Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and WhatsApp, and the comments on your Facebook and Instagram posts. Connect the ones you need, and they all show in one inbox on the dashboard and in the ezone Merchant app.
How do I connect a Facebook Page and an Instagram account?
From the apps page in the dashboard: log in with a Facebook account that manages your store's Page, choose the Page, and connect the Instagram account linked to it. ezone never sees your password.
Can I disconnect a channel?
Yes, whenever you like, from the apps page in the dashboard. Disconnecting stops new messages from that channel and deletes its posts and comments saved with us. Older chats stay readable.
Does ezone sell my buyers' messages or use them for advertising?
No. Messages and comments belong to your store alone. ezone does not sell them to anyone and does not use them for advertising. The privacy details and the data deletion request are linked at the foot of the page.
Can I reply from my phone?
Yes, from the ezone Merchant app. The same chats and the same comments, and a notification reaches you with every new message.
Does my buyer need a new app?
No. Your buyer writes to you from the app they already use: Messenger, Instagram, Telegram or WhatsApp. Your reply reaches them in the same chat.
