Can I sell wholesale and retail in the same store?
The lock is set on the whole store. The quantity tiers and the minimum are per product, and they work in an open retail store with no lock, so you sell by the carton to whoever wants it and by the piece to everyone else. You open your store to all, and keep the carton price for the buyers you approve.
Can I record an order for a buyer I have not approved?
Yes. The lock is on the storefront doors. The order you record yourself from the dashboard, and the payment link you send them, do not pass through it.
I turned wholesale mode off. Do my approvals disappear?
No. Approval is a permanent attribute on the customer record. Turning it off only stops the check, and turning it back on restores everything as it was, with no re-approval. The minimum and the quantity tiers keep working in the retail store.
Does it work with any theme?
Yes. The lock, the minimum and the quantity tiers work with every theme, because they are written on the product and on the store, not in the theme.
How does the buyer know they were approved?
They see the prices when they sign in with their account. Before approval they see a sign-in invitation in place of the price, not a number and not an empty page. Photos and specifications stay open to them before and after approval, so you do not lose a visitor you have not approved yet.
Can I sell wholesale in dollars?
Yes. Price tiers are written in dinars and in dollars, and the order records its currency and its exchange rate at the time it was created. So you can review any old wholesale order and know the rate it went out at.
