Questions merchants ask

Does the platform convert my prices automatically?

No. Every currency has the price you write for it, and there is no automatic conversion changing your prices. The exchange rate is used at order time, and you choose its source: automatic from the platform or manual from you. If you have a rate you deal with at your bank, you write it yourself and it changes only by your hand.

A buyer outside Libya. How do they receive their order?

Ordering and online payment are open to them. Delivery is inside Libya through your drivers or the courier companies, and international shipping is not available today.

Which countries are available?

Libya, Tunisia, Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, Turkey, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Jordan. You turn on the ones that suit your trade and turn off the rest. The address uses each country's own fields and cities, so the order arrives with an address that makes sense.

Does my storefront show in English?

No. Your storefront speaks Arabic to your buyers today, and we will not promise otherwise before it is ready. The dashboard is in Arabic, English and French.

Can my employee work in a language other than mine?

Yes. Language is a per-user setting, and the data and the permissions are the same. You in Arabic, them in French, on the same store. Switching is instant, with no sign-out and no setup to redo.

Which currency do the analytics numbers use?

Your store's currency. The order keeps its own currency and its exchange rate from the time it was created, so you review any old order as it happened. And you compare sales in one currency against another over the same period if you sold in more than one.
