Questions merchants ask
Do I have to sign up for EzonePay to use the platform?
No. You can start with cash on delivery alone and add online payment when you are ready. A bank transfer with a receipt is also available for anyone who does not pay by card.
How does online payment money reach me?
Online payments go into your own EzonePay account, not an account we hold for you. The dashboard shows your balance, what is pending settlement, and every transaction with its amount, its commission, its payment method and its order reference. You request the payout to your bank account yourself, whenever you want.
What happens if the buyer returns the order?
A return is a recorded state with its reason on the order, and the stock goes back. The payment record stays as it is, so you open the order a month later and know exactly what happened.
Who reviews the transfer receipt?
You do. The receipt reaches you inside the order, you accept or reject it, and the decision is recorded with your name and its date. The order does not move before you accept.
Can I pay my subscription by transfer?
Yes. You top up your wallet with a bank transfer and a receipt, and the subscription comes out of the balance, with no credit card. The balance appears in your wallet after the receipt is reviewed.
Can I export the wallet statement?
Yes, to a file you open in any spreadsheet program, after filtering it by date, type or source. Every line in it opens the order that created it, so you close any question in a minute.
