Questions merchants ask
Can I use my drivers and a courier company together?
Yes. You choose a method per order: a driver from your fleet or one of the connected courier companies, depending on the zone, the parcel size and how fast it has to arrive. You can change the method on the order itself before it leaves.
How does the driver hand over cash-on-delivery money?
The driver records the collection in their app, and the amount is recorded against its order and against that driver's custody. When they hand the cash over you count it and confirm the handover, and any difference is recorded.
Can the buyer see where their order is?
They get a tracking link showing their order's status, with no account and no app. The status refreshes itself every hour, and the thank-you page after checkout links to the same page.
What happens if an order is returned?
A return is a recorded state with its reason on the order, and the stock goes back. The shipment carries its own returned state, so you read the order later and know exactly what happened.
Do you ship outside Libya?
Delivery is inside Libya. Selling is open to buyers in nine countries who order and pay online, and international shipping is not available today. Inside Libya you deliver with your drivers or with a courier company you pick per order.
Who sets the delivery price?
You do. You write your zones and the price of each, it is worked out in the cart, and the buyer sees it before confirming. And you can set an expected delivery window per zone as well.
